| My district office
in Memphis provides casework assistance to residents across the 9th
Congressional District. Providing constituent services is the district
office's primary responsibility and one of my top priorities. |

| |
| There are six
full-time caseworkers in my district office who are dedicated to helping
people resolve problems with federal agencies. After your initial
contact with my office, a caseworker will obtain the information requested
or act as your liaison with the appropriate government agency. My
office will attempt to resolve communication problems, paperwork glitches
or get your problem back on track with the appropriate agency. Typical
problems involve issues surrounding, veteran's affairs, immigration,
Social Security and passports. Whatever the situation, rest assured
my staff and I will do everything in our power to get a response to
your concern. Although I cannot guarantee a favorable outcome, we
