Stephanie Ward caters to the bride who is looking for a wedding gown that is truly original. Each gown is made to order with the highest quality fabrics, level of craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

Stephanie Ward graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Apparel Design. Each year of her tenure, her designs were selected for RISD’s annual collection fashion show, with her first year’s innovative design winning recognition and accolade in Travel + Leisure magazine. Shortly thereafter, Stephanie served as an apprentice at the design house of Robert Scott and David Brooks in Boston. After graduating, she worked for several womenswear companies in New England, including Sigrid Olsen, Inc. and the Marmaxx Group.

Her interest in bridal gowns was spawned by a request from her very close friend to design her wedding gown. It was a perfect match and she’s been designing for brides ever since. Most recently, Stephanie was awarded “2004’s Best in Urban Attire” in a runway competition among local designers in Washington, DC.

Stephanie’s collection takes a feminine youthful approach to simple flattering lines, resulting in gowns that flirt with contemporary styles but maintain a level of classic sophistication.

Alternatively, a bride may choose to have her gown designed specifically for her, with special consideration given to her personal tastes, body type and individual style.

Bridesmaid collections are also available.
