Payment & Refunds:
For all design projects to begin your initial deposit must be paid as outlined in your quote or contract. Once project has been started your initial deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. This is not negotiable. If you decide to change the specs of your project I am not responsible for revising it again for free. Additional design time and labor will also be revised and added onto the bill. Once a project has been designed in full according to the agreed upon project, no refunds are given after design has been approved.

* Fees are due & payable on the following schedule: 50% deposit, 50% upon completion.
Payment in FULL is due before final website is uploaded, files are provided or printed materials are shipped out.


RushFees:
Any job that requires being pushed ahead of regularly scheduled jobs for emergency purposes or unexpected deadlines will have an automatic rush fee added on top of your quoted price.


MaintenanceFees:
After completion of a website project, maintenance is offered at an hourly rate of $55.

* You are required to pay all project/maintenance fees at the time of completion unless a signed arrangement has been previously approved.

Termination:
Either party may terminate design contract upon giving written notice to the other. Upon termination Viscusi Design may retain any initial deposit/payments & the client shall pay for all hours expended on the project, up to the date of termination, at Viscusi Design's standard rates together with all other amounts due hereunder.


Timelines:
Once your deposit has been made based on the quote or contract you received I will provide you with an estimated turnaround time. For websites this turnaround time is from the date I have ALL CONTENT FROM YOU. This includes any pics you would like included, content text, logos, etc. Without content from you, the design job can not be fully understood or designed out.

If you decide to take a break from the project without informing Viscusi Design then reappear a month or so later, your project will be rescheduled after all current in progress work in completed. You will also then need to pay the entire project fee upfront and within 5 business days of resuming the project again. I will do my best to work you back into the schedule as time permits but please be courteous and notify me of unexpected events as they come up. Clients that disappear longer than 2 months, the project will be cancelled and no refund given.

Ownership:
All design work, specifications, & other visual presentation materials remain the property of Viscusi Design to show in printed or online portfolios for the length of the lifetime of Viscusi Design. All preliminary concepts & visual presentations produced by Viscusi Design remain the property of Viscusi Design & may not be used by the client without the written permission of Viscusi Design.


ArtworkApproval:
The client shall proofread & approve all final content before production or live public viewing of the project. The email verification of the client shall be conclusive as to the approval of all design related work. Viscusi Design will to the best of our knowledge proof and review the content provided but we do not offer proofreading, editing or copy writing services. NO refunds or reprints are given after a final approved design has gone to print. NO refunds or revisions are given after a final mockup design is approved for website projects.


Credit:
Viscusi Design shall have the right to include a credit line with live link to Viscusi Design website on any website developed by Viscusi Design at the very bottom of each page or in any publication of the design by the client. The client shall not, without written approval, use Viscusi Design or the designer’s name for promotional or any other purposes with respect to these designs.

Liability of Viscusi Design:
Viscusi Design shall take reasonable precautions to safeguard original or other materials provided by the client. Viscusi Design shall, however, not be liable for any damage to, or loss of any material provided by the client, including artwork, photographs, or manuscripts, other than or on account of willful neglect or gross negligence of Viscusi Design.
